Florence Welch Breaks Foot at Coachella
Redheaded British powerhouse Florence Welch suffered an injury in a fit of excitement onstage at Coachella this past weekend, breaking her foot as she jumped from the stage during her set. Her latest Facebook update reveals her plans to take it a bit easier in her upcoming performances, with no cancellations or postponed dates mentioned.
Florence + The Machine are slated for a number of festival appearances over the next couple months, and we certainly hope she does not have to cancel any of them. She is set to return to the stage for weekend two of Coachella this week, with appearances at Governor’s Ball in NYC and Bonnaroo in Tennessee up in June. We wish Florence well and sincerely offer up our hopes for a speedy and painless recovery!
