LCD Soundsystem Will Open Brooklyn Steel With Five-Night Residency
The new Williamsburg venue Brooklyn Steel has just announced that they will open a bit earlier than planned with a residency from LCD Soundsystem! The band will play April 6, 7, 8, 10 & 11, and tickets will go on sale this Thursday March 30th through Bowery Presents. This will be New Yorkers’ first opportunity to see the highly anticipated venue, which will be the largest general admission concert hall in Brooklyn, with a capacity of 1,800. Brooklyn Steel will offer three bars and amazing sight lines from any spot on the floor thanks to its raised back floor and mezzanine level. While the venue was originally set to open with a residency from The Decemberists later in April, we’re excited for the opportunity to get an early look at this promising venue!
