TAUK: Houston, New Orleans, Mississippi, Florida, East Coast and NYE
TAUK are about two thirds of the way through their massive four-month tour, with 18 dates left, finishing with their New Year’s run in Portland and Boston with Lettuce. TAUK continues to throw down ‘Heavy Instrumental Rock Fusion,’ one foot squarely in the funk/fusion-laden ’70s and the other at the forefront of today’s funk scene.
The are celebrating the release of their awesome new album Sir Nebula. Tonight, Matt Jalbert, guitar; Charlie Dolan, bass; Alric “A.C.” Carter, keyboards/organ; and Isaac Teel, drums, will hit the Last Concert Cafe in Houston with Naughty Professor, tomorrow in NOLA at The Howlin’ Wolf. From there, they will go to Mississippi and Florida before heading up the East Coast.
