Clash of the Titans: Opposite Box meets The Bath Salt Zombies!
Frankenstein meets Dracula. Elton John meets Billy Joel. Alien meets Predator. Parliament meets Funkadelic. Godzilla meets Rodan. Hulk meets Wolverine. Beatles meet Stones. Mothra meets Ghidrah. Paper meets Plastic.
You get the idea. These are epic clashes of the titans. Now there is another classic pairing to add to the list:
Opposite Box meets The Bath Salt Zombies.
Actually, they already met, last year. And because each band admired the twisted, demented qualities of the other, they knew that a tour must be in the offing.
It has arrived. Opposite Box, the superb band from Chattanooga, is venturing to Florida for five nights of magical insanity with the aforementioned Bath Salt Zombies. And BSZ will return the favor in Chattanooga on their huge tour starting Saturday.
Words are inadequate to describe either band, so enjoy video evidence. MusicFestNews did recently run a feature on Opposite Box with a review of their new album of Belligerent Jungle Funk titled Make a Jungle Noise Here.
