The Ain’t Sisters just played the first show on their in Huntsville AL yesterday. Tonight (April 26, but technically Sunday; show starts at 12:55 a.m.), they are doing Saturday Late Night at The Nick in Birmingham AL. The Taints are ready to headline Swamptown GetDown at the excellent Swamptown Getdown and play Albino Skunk Music Festival in Greer GA.

Next up: Georgia, South Carolina, Maryland, Delaware, and Massachusetts are all in the band’s aim during the second half of May, including Strangecreek Campout More festivals on the horizon: Beech Mountain Resort, Soulstice Music & Arts Festival, and the one and only Gritty Chix Mud Run.

The Taints are on fire, blazing hot. Their appearances at Suwannee Hulaween, Suwannee Spring Reunion, and the fests and concert all over the Southeast and Northeast. IYKYK. If you don’t, it’s time to check them out. Their is nobody out there quite like The Ain’t Sisters.

The Ain’t Sisters are: Arrie Bozeman, guitars, mandolin, vocals ; Barb Carbon, guitars, vocals; Justin Boudreau, bass; and Richie Jones, drums, vocals. Most often, either Ian Klin or Damian Kapcala joins them on keyboards.
