MarchFourth Return to the Southeast!

It has been ten years since the mighty brass-fueled psychedelic circus known as MarchFourth, based in Portland, Oregon, have played the Southeast (CAN CONFIRM). The traveling conglomeration of artists return beginning Thursday, February 13, at Skipper’s Smokehouse in Tampa. The following day, they will join the merry throng jumping on Jam Cruise in Miami. The day the boat docks, MarchFourth will head to The Funky Biscuit in Boca, then on to shows in St. Petersburg, Jackson, Dallas, Austin, and the wild Illuminated Rhythms Masquerade Ball in NOLA with Mike Dillon, Monica Rose Kelly & more!

Once they get home, they will help crush the Marching Band Extravaganza in Grants Pass before their 22nd anniversary spectacular at Crystal Ballroom in Portland.

Costumed as a psychedelic punk rock marching band circus troupe, M4’s show features electric bass, guitar, a 4-piece percussion corps, a 7-part horn section, dancers, acrobatics, stilt-walkers, a live visual artist, and a diverse musical repertoire. Far from a “marching band” in any traditional sense, they have been known to swagger through town playing a few tunes before taking the stage.
