Guavatron at Crazy Uncle Mike’s 03.16.24: AUDIO

This superb recording of Guavatron at Crazy Uncle Mike’s in Boca Raton just surfaced. The show was March 16 with like-minded Electric Kif. 

“Shadows” in a recent composition with some very dark prog. Next up is a 42-minute medley sandwiching the explosive “Xilla” inside great jam tune “E.S.V.” There is quick banter, followed by an off-stage appearance (!).

When the band returns, they crank out a ridiculous version of “Cousin Kelly,” one of their greatest compositions, but they let this one flow all OVER the place! INCREDIBLE!

 

 

Guavatron are: Roddy Hansen, keyboards, synths; Adonis Guava, guitar, vocals; Casey Luden, bass, vocals; and Cory Ricardy, drums.

 

They will return to Crazy Uncle Mike’s for a wild New Year’s Eve event as Guavaton Does Daft Punk! 

The band will headline Zutopia Music & Arts Festival in Ruskin FL February 7-9.

 

They are also slated for the second Florida edition of Whippersnap Music & Arts Festival in Brooksville February 20-22.
