Clearwater Latin Jazz Fest December 8 at The Baycare Sound
Let’s try this again! The Clearwater Latin Jazz Fest was originally scheduled for Friday, September 27, before Helene rolled by (who invited her?). It was impossible to hold the festival then. But now we are ready for ROUND TWO!
The Clearwater Latin Jazz Fest will fill The Baycare Sound in Coachman Park Sunday, December 8, with music from Brazil, Colombia, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Venezuela and the U.S. The amazing lineup includes Renesito Avich & Friends, Mauricio Rodriguez and the MJR Latin Project, and O Som Do Jazz with Andrea Moraes Manson and José Valentino Ruiz.
This is a FREE event presented by EMIT and Ruth Eckerd Hall with support from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), the City of Clearwater, and South Arts. This workshop is funded in part by a grant from South Arts in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts and the Florida Division of Arts and Culture.
A ticket is not needed, and seating will be first-come, first-served.
7 p.m. — Renesito Avich Quartet
8 p.m. — MJR Latin Project
9 p.m. — O Som Do Jazz
