Warren Haynes: Hopping from Tour to Tour to Tour

Warren Haynes certainly knows how to multitask. He and his band just wrapped up their summer Now is the Time Tour, and there is one date left on the Dreams & Songs Symphonic Experience — September 10 at Red Rocks.

Time to slow down? PLEASE! You know better.

Haynes’ Million Voices Whisper Tour, named for his upcoming album, kicks off September 14 at Harvest Music Festival in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Following that are five Florida dates, three in Virginia, and one in South Carolina. The remainder of the dates are on the East Coast and in Kentucky and Tennessee, including a wild doubleheader with an afternoon show at Mempho and then zipping to The Ryman in Nashville in the evening!

Haynes is also one of the featured performers at Life Is a Carnival: A Musical Celebration of Robbie Robertson. The show is October 17 at Kia Forum in Inglewood.

Come January, Haynes will join Gov’t Mule and friends Drive-By Truckers, Karina Rykman, Big Sugar, and Ron Holloway for Island Exodus 15 at Runaway Bay in Jamaica.

Haynes has a resume deeper than anyone else in the business: Gov’t Mule, The Allman Brothers Band, The Dead, Phil Lesh & Friends, Dark Side of the Mule, Haynes’ Christmas Jams to benefit Habitat for Humanity, and much, much more. He is beloved for his playing and even more so for his incredible heart.
