Pigeons Playing Ping Pong: Wrapping Up ‘Day in Time’ Tour, Ready for Halloween Run & Fall Tour
After a brief break, those Baltimore Pigeons Playing Ping Pong are ready to flock through the end of September on their ‘Day in Time’ Tour, named for the new album. After another well-deserved break, they will get up for October and November.
PPPP will bob back into the scene at Georgia Theatre August 22. Following that are three more of the 15 shows they’ve been crushing with Andy Frasco & The U.N. and Dogs in a Pile, including two at The Caverns (Underground) in Pelham. There are three more of those at the end of the month and then the final two dates a week later.
In and amongst those wild events are a pair of shows at The Charleston Pour House and a date at The Outpost at New River Gorge. PPPP will also decorate two September festivals: Bender Jamboree in Las Vegas and Oceans Calling in Ocean City (downy ocean).
The fall campaign kicks off paired with Kendall Street Station for seven dates, beginning Halloween at The Vogue Theatre in Indianapolis. They have one more November date, with Yam Yam opening. More news to come about possible December shows, and they will be on the boat for Jam Cruise 21 next February.
