The New Mastersounds — First U.S. Tour in 5 Years!
Many, many of us have been waiting for the return of The New Mastersounds to the U.S., and finally the tour kicks off this spring, with two festivals scheduled before the tour begins. Welcome back, Simon, Joe, Pete, and Eddie!
Their very first show back will be on Thursday, February 22, at Whippersnap Music & Arts Festival at Florida Sand Music Ranch in Brooksville, Florida. From there, the band will head to Miami to jump on Jam Cruise 20. Also on board will be Eddie Roberts & The Lucky Strokes, Roberts’ new rock & roll project!
This is their first U.S. tour in five years, and, they point out:
“It happens to be our 25th birthday as a band!
So come out and celebrate with us!”
The New Mastersounds are: Eddie Roberts, guitar; Simon Allen, drums; Joe Tatton, keyboards; and Pete Shand, bass.
Eddie Roberts and the Lucky Strokes are: Eddie Roberts, guitars, vocals; Shelby Kemp, guitars, vocals; Ashley Galbraith, bass; and Taylor Galbraith, drums. They are often accompanied by Chris Spies, keyboards.
