Electric Kif Take Their East Mantra Tour on the Road

South Florida is home to a plethora of superb bands pumping out great rock, funk, prog rock, jamtronica, and psychedelia. One of the best exponents is Electric Kif, a brilliant quartet of musicians writing excellent original music and reworking classic covers into their repertoire.

The first portion of their East Mantra Tour features eight shows, the first one last night in Atlanta. Monday they play The Pourhouse in Raleigh, two more North Carolina dates, then Charleston Pour House and Heartwood Soundstage in Gainesville. The last two shows of this run find Electric Kif opening for the powerhouse collaboration TAUK Moore with more brilliant prog rock and more from TAUK featuring the incomparable Kanika Moore, first in St. Petersburg and then in Jacksonville.

Kif will also play Saturday of Suwannee Hulaween before joining up with Roosevelt Collier for five Florida dates at the beginning of November.
