Hot August Music Festival — Hotter Than Hot!

This Saturday’s 30th annual Hot August Music Festival (August 19), will be hotter than the weather with a scorching lineup of great bands on two stages, with music beginning at 11:30 a.m. The Hillside Stage and Meadow Stage will be blazing from start to finish. Gates open at 11 a.m. at Oregon Ridge Park in Cockeysville, Maryland.

Take your time perusing the schedule so that you can check out as much great music as possible. There are overlaps throughout the day, but it is important to note that all of the sets are an hour and half except the two opening groups (and hour) and headliners Little Feat closing it down with a two-hour show. As festival organizers correctly noted:

We have to have some overlap, and we tried to keep sets longer so you have time to see a good bit of every act.

That is a wise plan. because there is nobody on the schedule you want to miss. Let’s take a look!
