Spreading the Gospel of Guavatron Far and Wide
Progressive rock jamtronic quartet Guavatron from West Palm Beach are gearing up for a big tour during the month of July, but don’t forget their shows this weekend: Friday at Dunedin Brewery and Saturday with their buds Psychedelic Monks at Beachside Tavern in New Smyrna Beach.
The band begins the July campaign with their return to Crazy Uncle Mike’s in Boca Raton. After a short break, Guavatron go hot and heavy with two five-night runs, first to Jupiter, Savannah, Charleston, Asheville, and Sylva NC. The second round features a pair of shows at Preservation Pub in Knoxville, a first time in Louisville at Mellwood Tavern, at Sweetwater Brewing with regular collaborator Brock Butler of Perpetual Groove, and closing it out in St. Petersburg.
The boys are really pumped for these shows; “more Guavatron than ever before” was the quote (well, pretty close). Check it out for yourself. They’re preparing to spread the gospel of Guavatron far and wide. Get aboard the Guavatrain!
