Michael Carubba: Man About a LOT of Towns

Michael Carubba loves keeping busy. He has been busy from Jam Cruise on playing with his former Turkuaz mates (well, seven of them total) in their superb new band Cool Cool Cool, and they have been on the road with Jerry Harrison and Adrian Belew on the Remain in Light tour presenting the music of Talking Heads. At the end of that run, Carubba will join Lebo & Friends at High Sierra Music Festival. He has also been touring with Ryan Montbleau, somehow making it all fit.
Carubba and his Cool Cool Cool compatriots will be taking part in three fabulous shows at The Howlin’ Wolf during the final Jazz Fest weekend, beginning Thursday with the Steely Dan tribute, then Friday for the wild Bayou Rendezvous, and finally Sunday at the Purple Party for Prince.
