Splitting sets at large festivals such as Suwannee Hulaween can be a blessing… and also a curse. We wrote aboutthe astonishing set by Cimafunk, the Cuban superstar and his brilliant band, on Friday, October 28, on The Meadow stage (video by FunkCity.net).
And we caught great snippets of sets throughout the weekend, but we sure missed this one: Cimafunk and band joining The String Cheese Incident on stage later Friday for an extended 17-minute jam through “Eye Know Why,” the perfect vehicle for the melding of the two bands (video by SCI)!
