BTTRFLY Quintet are: Grammy-winning Lettuce trumpeter Eric “Benny” Bloom, Grammy-nominated Lettuce and Break Science drummer Adam Deitch, Pretty Lights and Break Science keyboard wizard Borahm Lee, Big Gigantic producer and saxophone player Dominic Lalli, and Break Science bassist and visual artist Hunter Roberts.

In advance of the release of the band’s first album Coast on November 4,

BTTRFLY Quintet are proud to share the title track on all platforms. The album release party is set for Ophelia’s Electric Soapbox in Denver.

The gorgeous grooves of “Coast” remind of beautiful downtempo jazz with great work from Deitch, solos from Bloom and Lalli, gorgeous electric piano from Lee, and solid low end from Roberts. It’s a wonderful, relaxing lofi melody that augers well for the rest of the album.
