Erica Falls Releases Silky Smooth New Single “One Stop Shop”: LISTEN
The evolution of Erica Falls as one of New Orleans’ premier soul and R&B singers continues with the release of “One Stop Shop,” a luminous single featuring the eminent vocal stylings of Chali 2na of Jurassic 5.

Released via Louisiana Red Hot Records, the new tune is the B-side of “Let’s Get Down Tonight,” which premiered in April and features rapper Lyrics Born. Falls’ silky smooth delivery of “One Stop Shop” is quiescence for the soul. “I feel great about this song as a follow up because it shows a smoother side of my sound, but it can still make you move,” Falls told American Blues Scene.
Both songs were co-produced by Falls and Nick Mercadel, who also plays drums on the recording. Mixed by Andrew Block and mastered by Bob “ Bassybob” Brockman, “One Stop Shop” also features Chris Adkins on guitar, Jason Hodge on keys, Kendrick Marshall on Hammond B3 organ, and Mike Bailey Bass on bass and trumpet, who co-wrote the tune with Falls.

Fans first got a taste of “One Stop Shop” last spring during Falls’ performance at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, where she issued the song on vinyl. Now that it’s available on all digital platforms, it needs to go on repeat. Listen below.
Falls is currently hard at work completing a follow-up album to Homegrown released in 2017. She is also working on a live release recorded in an intimate setting with a small group of people. To keep up with Erica Falls, including tour dates and new releases, click on the links below.
