GRiZ Releases “Feel No Pain,” a Summer Banger Designed for Just What’s Ailin’ Ya

Multi-instrumentalist, producer, DJ, and philanthropist GRiZ gifted fans with the release of his new feel-good single “Feel No Pain,” an escapist anthem designed to counter the savage intrusions of a world gone crazy.

GRiZ recently debuted the tune last month at his rousing headlining set at Electric Forest. “Feel No Pain” draws its inspiration from the frequently sampled Bob Marley classic “Trenchtown Rock,” a song capturing the essence of the dance floor in its lyric, “One good thing about music, when it hits you feel no pain.” A vibrant combination of GRiZ’s use of funk and dubstep influences, “Feel No Pain” is awash in fab basslines and GRiZ’s signature saxophone melodies. Listen to “Feel No Pain” below.

Regarding the track, GRiZ said, “It’s a summertime dubby banger with some fun funky sax and a line from one of my favorite hip hop songs of all time, originally sampled by Bob Marley. Hopefully it inspires a feeling of easing the pain of all of the BS we’re going through as a country right now. Here’s a moment for you to dance and find some joy.”
