Joe Marcinek Returns to Organ Trio Format: New Single “Bulldog”
Guitarist Joe Marcinek honored the tradition of the organ trio with the recording of his third album JMIII in late 2018. Since then, he released JM4, recorded in Winter Park, Florida, in March of 2021, and earlier this year he issue a wonderful album properly titled Solo Guitar.
Now the grand master of the rotating live lineup has gone back to the organ trio format for his upcoming album (likely JM5, or maybe JMV?). This time, he enlisted the help of Hammond B3 master Robert Walter (Robert Walter’s 20th Congress, Greyboy Allstars) and drummer Pete Koopmans.
