The Motet: Big September Schedule and Beyond

Following four great California shows in August, The Motet are ready for a huge month of September and more, beginning with a free show Friday, September 3, at Rainbow Park in Silverthorne CO with very special guest Jennifer Hartswick, followed Saturday by the late-night slot at 4848 Festival in Snowshoe WV.

The Motet will also play the Same Same But Different Festival in Perris CA and Resonance Music & Arts Festival in Masontown WV before heading to Brooklyn Comes Alive at The Brooklyn Mirage with special guests Jeremy Schon (Pigeons Playing Ping Pong), Shira Elias (Turkuaz), and Eric “Benny” Bloom (Lettuce), and shows in Harrisburg and Albany, the only East Coast run for the year.



Their Halloween run visits Fort Collins and Boulder, and in December The Motet will play the inaugural North Beach Music Festival.


The Motet are: Drew Sayers, saxophone, keyboards; Ryan Jalbert, guitar; Joey Porter, keyboards; Garrett Sayers, bass; and Dave Watts, drums.

As George Clinton properly stated, obviously thinking about The Motet experience:
