Get Yer Ray Guns Ready! Guavatron’s a-Comin’!

Jamtronic prog rockers Guavatron are on the move again. This great West Palm Beach quartet play more than jamtronica and prog rock, but that’s a pretty good place to start.

This new set of shows begins at Rock’n Riverwalk in Stuart, Florida, this Sunday, September 5. They’ll also hit LauderAle and then play a Disco Biscuits after-party September 18 at Poorhouse.

Over the weekend of September 24-25, they will match up twice with Tampa’s Displace. Allegedly, the show on September 24 is some septuagenarian’s birthday party, just a little late. Then they do it all over again at The New Standard in Winter Park.

To launch October, Guavatron will visit Tako Tiki in Stuart and then pair with Wigeon (formerly Ben Strok & the Full Electric) at Vooswar in Atlantic Beach as part of Jazz Fest After Dark presented by Get Laws’t Entertainment. They’ll follow that up with another Perpetual Guava set featuring Brock Butler of Perpetual Groove as the centerpiece of this year’s Oktobeerfest at Dunedin Brewery October 9. Guavatron will also play St. Petersburg, Ft. Myers, and Vero Beach.

And you better believe there are more shows on the way!

Guavatron are: Roddy Hansen– keyboards/synths; Conor Crookham– bass guitar; Adonis Guava– guitar/vocals; and Casey Luden– drums.
