Rising Reggaeton Star 2DEEP and Live Nation’s Gasolina Records Release Boisterous New Single: “Bellakeo.”
Reggaeton star and Ecuadorian-American producer 2DEEP ushers in the summer with a sizzling new track “Bellakeo” featuring brooklyn-based lyricist Fenix. Released on Live Nation’s Gasolina Records, the single heats up the season with energizing, bass-heavy, dembow riddems, and tropical vibes.
The boisterous single comes on the heels of “Mimosas,” a guaracha-inspired party anthem released earlier this month, and ahead of a busy summer festival season for 2DEEP, who is slated to play sets at Hard Summer, Baja Beach Fest, and Festival Colombiano LA, among others. 2DEEP’s prolific talent has caught the attention of some of electronic music’s biggest stars, including Diplo and Steve Aoki, and his music has been played globally by Major Lazer, Diplo, Carnage, Dillon Francis, Skrillex, and more. 2DEEP’s rapidly growing fan base can look to him to bring American Reggaeton to the forefront to cities across the U.S. in the near future. What’s more, Los Angeles-based Gasolina Records (founded by 2DEEP) brings together the most exciting up and coming Latinx talents, emphasizing the rise of homegrown acts from coast to coast.
“Bellakeo” kicks off with exhilarating bars from Fenix. Known for his infectious hip swaying arrangements, 2DEEP continues to push the envelope in electronic latin music with distinct Moombahton and reggaetón influences. Finished off with dembow enhanced melodies and a gritty bass, “Bellakeo” positions itself as a heat-inducing summertime hit. Listen to “Bellakeo” here.
