Blues Traveler Announces Rescheduled Summer Tour Dates with Co-Headliners JJ Grey & Mofro
Jam stalwarts Blues Traveler announced rescheduled dates for their 2020 tour co-headlined by blues rockers JJ Grey & Mofro that were cancelled due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The rescheduled tour will include 11 stops beginning on July 8 at Knuckleheads in Kansas City, MO, then on to Water Works Park in Des Moines, IA on July 9 and Cornbelters Stadium in Normal, IL on July 10.
Switching gears, the tour will make its way to the East Coast at Pier 17 in New York, NY on August 4; Sound Waves at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, NJ on August 6; and Spyglass Ridge Winery in Sunbury, PA on August 7. They’ll then head to New England, where they’ll land at the South Shore Music Circus in Cohasset, MA on August 13; Casino Ballroom in Hampton Beach, NH on August 14; and Cape Cod Melody Tent in Hyannis, MA on August 15. The tour will wrap up back in the Midwest at Mayo Civic Center Park in Rochester, MN on August 20 and Chesterfield Amphitheater in Chesterfield, MO on August 22.
Blues Traveler’s summer 2020 tour was set to take place across nearly 20 cities between July and October last year before the pandemic forced cancellations. The newly rescheduled dates complement a series of previously announced 2021 shows including a July 4 headlining performance at Red Rocks in Morrison, CO and a July 18 appearance at The Caverns Above Ground Amphitheater in Pelham, TN.
