Ardmore Music Hall Hosts Free Webcast with Star Kitchen featuring Robert Randolph
Psychedelic/funk supergroup Star Kitchen will be teaming with world-renowned, sacred pedal steel guitarist Robert Randolph for a free live webcast from Ardmore Music Hall in Ardmore, PA on Saturday, March 13. Streaming live beginning at 8 p.m. EST, the performance reunites Star Kitchen with Randolph; they first played together at the music hall in November of 2018.
The limited capacity concert will admit a few lucky fans who won tickets via Ardmore Music Hall’s “Golden Ticket” auction and raffle. They’ll be there in person to see Philadelphia-based side project of Disco Biscuits bassist Marc Brownstein and bandmates guitarist Danny Mayer (Eric Krasno Band), keyboardist Rob Marscher (Addison Groove Project), and drummer Marlon Lewis (Lauryn Hill/John Legend) in their first performance together since February 8, 2020. Those not in attendance can RSVP for free tickets to tune in via the venue’s YouTube and Facebook pages or through nugs.net.
Fans can interact with the band and other fans in real time during the broadcast by joining a free in-show Zoom Fan Party via Ardmoremusichall.com/fanparty. A virtual meet-and-greet along with a signed poster and audio recordings are also available on the music hall’s website.
The live stream is free, but tips and donations are welcomed and encouraged and will be shared by Star Kitchen, Robert Randolph, and The Ardmore Music Hall staff.
