Goose 2019.11.16 on Beautiful Vinyl

The Goose boys decided to put up a fan-funded vinyl project on bandcamp. They chose their show from 2019.11.16 at Nietzsche’s, Buffalo’s longest-serving music venue. You can still get in on this great deal for the next 29 days.

The show will be pressed on “beautiful Transparent Orange vinyl with lime green, pink and cyan splatter.” There were several levels of support that fans could choose, but the deluxe editions and signed test pressings are completely sold out. You can order the vinyl, which will also entitle you to a digital copy of the show as well.

Did we mention that they are currently at 734% of funding for the project?

From the press release:

Frequently extolled by scenesters and music cognoscenti, the sold-out show was a seminal performance in the midst of a fall tour that saw the band graduate from small bars and clubs to large venues nationwide.

The remastered audio has been compiled into 4 full sides handpicked by the band. These favorite moments include: one of many “Let’s Go Buffalo!” chants throughout the evening; the longest “Drive” to date (split on two sides), and the debut of “Teaprise.”

“Without spots like Nietzsche’s, we wouldn’t have gotten our feet off the ground. You need small venues and local scenes to get started as a band. Even if you’re not making much money per gig (which you aren’t), playing shows keeps the momentum up, the enthusiasm high, and allows you to grow musically as a band so you’ll know what you’re doing when and if you make it to larger venues. Let’s go Buffalo!” – Peter Anspach (Keys/Guitar)
