Funky Mardi Gras “Mask”erade at Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park

Back in November, the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park tried something new in this era of COVID-19: the Suwannee Live Golf Cart Drive-In with The Grass is Dead, The Larry Keel Experience, and Nikki Talley and Jason Sharp. It was, of course, a fabulous success.

They say nothing succeeds like success!

With that in mind, it’s time to get funky for two nights in Live Oak, Florida,  for this socially distanced Funky Mardi Gras “Mask”erade at the greatest live music venue in the world. Your entertainment for the Valentine’s Day weekend?

It’s time to “put it in the Dumpsta!” Dumpstaphunk, some of the park’s very best ambassadors, will headline the first night of this celebration, NOLA-style.

Also performing will be Someday Honey, the great Americana/blues vehicle for vocal powerhouse Kaleigh Baker and guitar slinger Matt Walker.

The Oteil Burbridge Trio will handle the funkin’ rock and rockin’ funk for night two. Oteil and Dumpstaphunk were last at the park for Suwannee Rising 2019.

Rounding out the evening will be The Dr., Roosevelt Collier. He has been performing in Florida as much as possible to get music in the ears of as many people as possible, and he is the perfect addition to this lineup with his band.
