Tulane University Announces Lineup for 2020 Tipping Point Fundraiser
Tulane’s University’s Tipping Point fundraiser concert is back for its fourth incarnation with a lineup of five-star musicians lead by music director Eric Krasno and featuring PJ Morton, David Shaw, Tarriona “Tank” Ball, Ivan Neville, Raymond Weber, Tony Hall, Jon Cleary, Erica Falls, Nigel Hall, and Jolynda Kiki Champman. They’ll be joined by special guests Marcus King, Jimmy Vivino, and Mark Mullins & the Levee Horns with special guest appearances by Hoda Kotb, John Goodman, and Walter Isaacson.
Produced by UpperWest Music Group, the event will be streaming live from The Fillmore New Orleans starting at 8 p.m. CT on Thursday, October 15. Fans can access the concert on FANS.LIVE.
Tipping Point raises funds for Tulane University’s scholarship programs which help attract and support the next generations of promising young leaders. Past fundraisers have featured music legends such as Mavis Staples, Irma Thomas, Michael McDonald, George Porter, Jr., Taj Mahal, Cyril Neville, Ivan Neville and Ziggy Marley.
