Final Additions for Monster Mash in Hastings FL Halloween Weekend
We Strive NOT to be part of the spread of COVID-19!
Guys & Ghouls, come one, come all on down to the Monster Mash. It is your Halloween weekend camping music and arts festival set in Hastings, Florida, on the 40-acre Lone Palm Ranch. We will showcase the very best bands in Florida! So get your spooky selves ready to jam! There will be activities and fun for all. Some of the fun will include:
Live Art, Visual Art, Brigg’s Interactive Graveyard, Food and Merch Vendors, Aerial Silk Performers, Fire Breathers and Fire Performers, Late-Night Back Porch Jam, and Onsite Camping. Quiet Generators welcome. Bring Your Costumes For A Ghoulish Good Time.
Tom Laws and his skeleton crew are working to make this the most fun AND safest possible even. The location near St. Augustine is truly beautiful. Let’s show everyone that it IS possible to host such an event in a manner respectful to ALL in attendance.
SERIOUS TALK: If you are TOO COOL to wear a mask, you are TOO COOL to attend Monster Mash.
We understand and respect everything going on in the world, and We Will Do Our Part To Maintain Social Distancing; Bring Your Masks And Wash Your Hands. ONLY A LIMITED AMOUNT OF TICKETS WILL BE SOLD SINCE THIS IS A HALF CAPACITY EVENT. This is an all-ages event. Children under 12 are free with paid adult or guardian.
There will be more information soon about a pre-party on Thursday, October 29, coming soon. $25 and your weekend ticket gets you to the pre-party, and it WILL rock!
Speaking of rocking, we’ve had a good look previously at this awesome lineup, but now there are new additions to the final schedule:
Joe Marcinek, international man of mystery who assembles a-list bands wherever he goes, has put together a superb crew for Monster Mash: Stephanie Perez, guitar (Lucid Wake); Matt Lapham, bass (Shak Nasti, Roosevelt Collier Trio); Juanjamon, vocals, tenor sax, keyboards (CopE); and Brandon Howell, drums (Custard Pie). Marcinek plays guitar and sings.
CopE have been senior jam statesmen in Florida for a long time, deservedly so. It will be great to have Dennis Stadelman, Kenny Stadelman, Juanjamon, and Dave Gerulat in the “house” for some great music. Juanjamon is an artist at large and will be part of Joe Marcinek’s ensemble as well.
And we say welcome back to Florida to Savi Fernandez, who has been playing his positive vibes in California the past couple of years. We are indeed “Blessed.”
The previously announced lineup includes: the Roosevelt Collier Trio, Ben Strok and the Full Electric, Side Hustle, Bonnie Blue, The Reality, Them Vagabonds, The Grindstone Sinners, Monster Mash Electric Hustle, Joy Wagon with Leroy Sly, Matt Henderson, Blacksheep Troubadour, Tom Bennett Band, and Sweet As Folk.
Artists At Large are: Roosevelt Collier, Juanjamon, and Nigel Lee Ledford.
Late-Night Back Porch Jams: Firewater Tent Revival and Beartoe and Friends featuring Milan Algood (LPT), Matt Lapham (Shak Nasti, Roosevelt Collier Trio), Christina Nakajima (Billy Gilmore and Friends), Dan Hunting (Squeedlepuss), and Nigel Lee Ledford (Firewater Tent Revival).
NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND, NO FIREWORKS, NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES, NO GLASS, NO PROFESSIONAL PHOTO OR VIDEO WITHOUT PERMISSION, NO UNAUTHORIZED VENDORS, NO KEGS, NO OFF-ROAD VEHICLES OR ATV (GOLF CARTS ARE WELCOME; PASSES WILL BE SOLD AT THE GATE), NO PETS, NO GROUND FIRES (RAISED FIRE PITS AND GRILLS ARE OK)
