Country Chart Toppers Set to Perform at iHeartCountry Festival in Nashville
The 2020 edition of the iHeartCountry Festival presented by Capital One is set to be take place as a virtual streaming and on-air radio special on Friday, October 23. Now in its seventh year, the music festival was originally scheduled for May 2 at the Frank Erwin Center in Austin, TX; instead the performances will be recorded live on a single stage in Nashville.
This year’s festival features some of the hottest country acts out of Nashville. Scheduled performers include Dierks Bentley, Lady A, Sam Hunt, Kane Brown, Kelsea Ballerini, Dustin Lynch, Jon Pardi, Riley Green, as well as special performances by Morgan Evans and Gabby Barrett, and a guest appearance by Bobby Bones.
The COVID-19 pandemic has certainly made this a year to remember, and 2020 has been an exceptional year for country music. While most in-person concerts are for the moment on hold, many of the artists performing at this year’s iHeartCountry Festival have charted number one hits on Billboard’s Number one songs of 2020. Reaching number one on Billboard’s Country Airplay were “Ridin’ Roads” by Dustin Lynch (Jan. 11), “What If I Never Get Over You” by Lady A (Jan. 18), “Heartache Medication” by Jon Pardi (Feb. 8), “Kinfolks” by Sam Hunt (Feb. 29), and “Homesick” by Kane Brown (March 14, 21).
The full concert will stream exclusively on LiveXLive and be broadcast live across iHeartMedia’s Country radio stations and at iHeartRadio.com on October 23 at 7 p.m. CT.

Players will receive an item signed by Kelsea Ballerini, and the Trivia Night winner will have the honor of announcing Kelsea Ballerini virtually during the iHeartCountry Festival. Capital One cardholders can enter the sweepstakes through Sunday, October 4 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
