Skull & Roses Festival Celebrates the Spirit of The Grateful Dead

With just weeks to go, anticipation is building for the fourth annual Skull & Roses festival set for April 2-5 at California’s Ventura County Fairgrounds. Celebrating the music and community created around The Grateful Dead, the festival features an all-star lineup including drummer and original member of The Dead Bill Kreutzmann, who will be performing with his side project Billy & The Kids; they have not taken the stage since 2016. In addition to Kreutzmann, the collective will feature Aron Magner (The Disco Biscuits), Reed Mathis (Tea Leaf Green, Electric Beethoven,  Golden Gate Wingmen) and guitarist Tom Hamilton (Ghost Light, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead, Electron).
