It seems the artists are just as excited as the fans for what’s to come, including two book-ending nights of Metallica.  Lars Ulrich, drummer for Metallica, on playing two shows of a three night festival. “We’ve never done this experience before, so for us and the band and our whole organization, it’s a super exciting thing.” Ulrich goes on to say, “It will be great to hang out in the same town, and it will be great to go to some of the shows, feel the energy of the festival on that Saturday.” For those who plan to attend Rockville, there are few shows that rival a Metallica show, the production elements alone makes this a must see show.
