7th Annual Big Blues Bender Announces Massive 2020 Initial Lineup

The 7th Annual Big Blues Bender announced a massive lineup and a new location for its 2020 throw-down to be held September 10-13 at the historic Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, NV.  Blues legend Buddy Guy will be headlining along with Delbert McClinton, Jonny Lang, North Mississippi Allstars, Bettye LaVette, Victor Wainwright & The Train and many more.

They’ll be joined by a smashing undercard that will includes Grammy nominees Southern Avenue, Mike Zito and His Big Blues Band, Anne Harris, John Cleary & The Absolute Monster Gentleman, Colin James and a host of others. Look for more artists to be announced in the near future. The four-day destination festival will also feature one-of-a-kind performances and collaborations including Mike Zito and Friends: A Tribute to Chuck Berry, Catfish John “Grateful Blues” featuring Albert Castiglia, JP Soars Gypsy Blue Revue featuring Anne Harris & Jason Ricci and more.

Big Blues Bender moves from the sprawling Las Vegas Hard Rock Hotel and Casino to Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, a venue with a rich musical history, where Elvis Presley performed 837 sold-out shows in the resort’s International Theater. Resort guests can enjoy luxurious accommodations that are just an elevator’s ride away from their favorite blues performers.

In the past, hotel packages and festival passes have sold briskly. Those who bought pre-booked tokens will be able to purchase festival packages starting Tuesday, December 10, at 9 a.m. PT.  with sales open to the general public on Thursday, December 12 at 9 a.m. PT.
