Suwannee Hulaween Adds 46 More Bands and Artists!
Honestly, anywhere else on the planet the list of 56 bands and performers at this year’s Suwannee Hulaween would have been enough. That Umphrey’s McGee and STS9 were both playing twice would have been enough. That our host, The String Cheese Incident, will again play seven sets, including a much-discussed ’90s-themed set to go along with Smells Like Teen Spirit of the Suwannee would have been enough.
Dayenu already. It would have been sufficient.
But our cup once again runneth over with magical, musical love, because Phase 2 is here!
Time to add to your personal scheduling woes, because there will LOTS of overlaps! At the top of the list, Tycho (Live), Break Science (Live Band), Marc Rebillet, Mija, Grass is Dead, Jon Stickley Trio, Erica Falls Band, MZG, and the Jaden Carlson Band. That’s a lot more heavy-hitting right off the bat.
And speaking of heavy-hitting, there’s a lot more from the Sunshine State, beginning with… The Heavy Pets! Shak Nasti, The Difference, Electric Kif, Thomas Wynn & the Believers, Beebs and Her Money Makers, Firewater Tent Revival, Ella Jet and Future Soul, Future Vintage, and the Good Wood Band are also in the mix.
And speaking of mixing, the DJ corps looks heavy, beginning with THE SoSMP DJ Vlad the Inhaler. You can also groove to Nickfresh, Charles Hustle, Levitation Jones, Ployd, Hallucinate, Booty Boo, Hunter Reid, Holly Woods, Dizzlephunk, Kozmic, Austen van der Bleek, Clyde Avery, Combustible, Stephanie Laine, Notorious Conduct, Alberto Diaz, SIDETRAKD, and Catparty.
And there’s still MORE awesomeness from Space Kadet, The Quickening, Karina Rykman, Polyrhythmics, Oklahoma Stackhouse, Danka, Sadsongs, and Spiral Light.
If that don’t get your motor runnin’, no need to go to the mechanic. Jack, you’re dead!
