Domefest is Here! Join Pigeons Playing Ping Pong and The Flock!
The tenth annual Domefest is set to descend upon Marvin’s Mountaintop in Masontown, West Virginia, Thursday through Sunday, May 16-18, brought to you by your favorite madcap Baltimore quartet — Pigeons Playing Ping Pong.
The Flock is ready to join the Pigeons for three amazing days of music on two stages. The Gallery Society Stage is the main stage. In between main-stage sets, there are mini-sets (30-45 minutes) on the Bamboo Eater Stage. Music runs continuously until at least 3 a.m.
THURSDAY
The day’s theme is Domecoming Weekend. Chalk Dinosaur has the honor of opening the fest at 5, followed by Cycles, The Magic Beans, and then your hosts PPPP. In between those, The Fritz will blow out three mini-sets, and then Litz have the late-night honors.
FRIDAY
PPPP play two sets to cap off the evening (Magic Beans do late-night). Aqueous, Mungion, West End Blend, Deaf Scene, and Mateo Monk are also on tap. Mini-sets will feature Fletcher’s Grove, Schwa, and Dirty Grass Players. Dress for the theme Magic Kingdome!
SATURDAY
It’s Dome for the Holidays theme time! The Pigeons again play two sets, and Aqueous is back for round two. Also up are Joe Hertler & the Rainbow Seekers, Funk You, Swimmer, and Kendall Street Company. Mungion goes late-night, and then…
