Perfect weather greeted all attendees for the inaugural BeachLife Festival, set on a beautiful seaside lagoon in Redondo Beach, California. With capacity at 12,500, there was plenty of room, and concert traffic flowed nicely between the two main stages that were closer than you would think. High Tide main stage was on grass (astro turf, but very comfortable), and the Low Tide main stage was on the sand. VIP sections, celebrity chefs, craft beers, wine village and over 20 exquisite local cuisine food trucks kept everyone full of all desires.
Plenty of local artists throughout the venue were creating on demand and showcasing their work; a 50-seat pop-up restaurant on the right side of the high tide stage. A very diverse crowd was treated to great music all day and into the night.
Bruce Hornsby and the Noisemakers, As the Crow Flies (Chris Robinson of the Black Crowes), Steel Pulse, Slightly Stoopid, and Bob Weir and Wolf Brothers were the featured acts.
