A Day to Remember 2019 Tour

Article by Andi Mireles

A Day to Remember is getting ready to kick off their Raisin Hell in Heartland tour with Knocked Loose and Boston Manor joining them on the road.

This pop-punk band from Ocala, Florida, was founded in 2003. Their first album And Their Name Was Treason was released in 2005. Since then, they have put out seven more full-length albums and have been touring across the world ever since. They just don’t stop.

This year’s summer tour will end at the Self-Help Fest in San Bernardino CA on Oct. 12, where they will perform with Beartooth, Set Your Goals, Can’t Swim and many more amazing rock artists. Heading back to their roots, the first Self Help Fest took place on March 22, 2014, in the same city where the band originally had the festival. Inspired by their fans, the band’s mission is to deliver an awesome experience that features bands with positive messages and with lyrics that every #emokid can relate to. As lead vocalist Jeremy McKinnon once stated in an interview with ABC News Radio when referencing a conversation with his partner:

“She told me that most people who come [to our shows] respond like it’s more than just a concert to them… It’s like the music is genuinely helping them. Thus we titled our festival Self Help, because, at the end of the day, that’s what music’s all about.”

Their performances range from acoustic versions of some of their hits to the band members crowd-surfing in a large hamster ball. You never really know what you’re going to get at an ADTR show. Tickets are currently on sale, and few still remain for a handful of their U.S. tour dates. Get them while you still can!
