Let’s NOT Get Stoned: Rolling Stones Postpone Tour
Due to Mick Jagger’s medical issues, The Rolling Stones’ North American No Filter tour, which was scheduled to begin, appropriately, on 4/20, has been postponed.
The most prominent result is the cancellation of the group’s Jazz Fest appearance in New Orleans on May 2. Jazz Fest had cleared the decks for the band’s 5 PM appearance, so there is currently nothing scheduled that day after 4:30, although that likely will change.
A brand new greatest hits collection, Honk, is scheduled for release April 19th, coordinated with what should have been the start of the tour.
The tour as scheduled looked like this. The group will release updated information once Jagger’s situation has been resolved, and indications are a complete recovery is expected.
