John Mayer Announces Summer Dates for Solo North American Tour
John Mayer is one busy guy. Coming on the heels of a nearly three-year stint with Dead & Company and a previously announced solo international spring tour, Mayer revealed more dates for a solo North American summer tour – this on top of his summer obligations with Dead & Company.
The North American arena shows (26 in all) will crisscross the U.S. with one stop in Toronto. The extensive tour will begin on July 19 in Albany NY at The Times Union Center and conclude on September 13 and 14 in Los Angeles at The Forum.
Prior to that, Mayer will be playing nine spring dates overseas, including stops in Australia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and Japan. Afterwards he’ll continue with Dead & Company for an extensive late spring and early summer tour across the United States.
