Rock’n’Roll Funky Soul with The Main Squeeze
The Main Squeeze are ready to begin their winter tour in January, but not before squeezing in a couple more 2018 dates, specifically their New Year’s run. That begins on Saturday, December 29th, at Tipitina’s in NOLA. The next night, they headline Hometeam New Year’s Rally in Lakeland, Florida, before heading to Jacksonville to say adios to 2018 in style at 1904 Music Hall. Khris Royal will join the band in NOLA, and he and Trail Diver will fill out the NYE bill.
The quintet, who hail from Chicago but call L.A. home now, will kick it off in Hermosa Beach January 20th. Then they join with Big Head Todd & the Monsters for four more West Coast dates and then three in Texas. As their calendar fills out, they already have four Colorado shows slated for March and will play Firefly in June.
The Main Squeeze are: Ben “Smiley” Silverstein, keyboards; Max Newman, guitar; Corey Frye, vocals; Rob Walker, bass; and Reuben Gingrich, drums.
