Peach Music Festival Goes Hard
The current mantra for festivals announcing their initial lineups is GO HARD OR GO HOME. The Peach Music Festival continues their pledge to go hard, upping the ante again with an outstanding lineup for their Montage Mountain party July 25-28.
At the top of the list, you’ll find Phil Lesh & Friends featuring Warren Haynes, John Scofield, and John Molo! Join them at the head of the lineup are The Trey Anastasio Band, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead, and The String Cheese Incident.
Looking for fabulous bluegrass/newgrass? Try Greensky Bluegrass, The Infamous Stringdusters, Yonder Mountain String Band, Billy Strings, Fruition, and Pappy & JP.
Funkin’ jam in your search engine? moe., Lotus, Lettuce, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Aqueous, BIG Something, and Andy Frasco & the U.N. are all on board.
Music true to the original aim of The Peach’s founders The Allman Brothers? That would be The Allman Betts Band, Jaimoe’s Jasssz Band, and The Marcus King Band.
And there is much more: Stephen Marley and Blues Traveler will be joined to an amazing set of genre-spanning groups, including Ghost Light, Larkin Poe, Magic City Hippies, Maggie Rose, Organ Freeman, and Kitchen Dwellers. Mungion, Bumpin’ Uglies, Joe Hertler & the Rainbow Seekers, Upstate, and Hayley Jane & the Primates. Thumpasaurus, Kat Wright, Cycles, Goose, Bishop Gunn, and Michigan Rattlers.
And two real favorites: Bobby Lee Rodgers and Southern Avenue.
The mountain will NOT come to you. You must go to the mountain. Montage Mountain, that is!
