Mike Dillon IS the Vibraphone Destroyer! Check It Out for Yourself.

The Vibraphone Destroyer and his crew are on the road! The Mike Dillon Band just finished the first two nights of their New Year’s run with Clutch, Lionize, and The Messthetics. Tonight’s show (Saturday, December 29th) is sold out. You can catch this incredible lineup in Clifton Park Sunday and then in Cleveland for the grand event Monday.

The Mike Dillon Band with Earl Harvin have six dates in the Midwest and Texas right after New Year’s. After Dillon jumps on and off Jam Cruise, he and Marco Benevento have six five shows in the South, four of them in Florida.

The end of this set of dates finds the band in Colorado for three shows, two of them with The Greyboy Allstars, and four more dates on the West Coast.

The cover of the new album by Mike Dillon and the Mallet Men, Bonobo Bonobo, was created by Peregrine Honig, Dillon’s wife. She has designed many of his album covers and posters. They’ll celebrate their anniversary next month!

(Also, Dillon has the greatest mom in the history of moms. Just sayin’…)
