Foo Fighters to Headline Sonic Temple Festival
The creators of Rockville and Louder Than Life and the co-creators of Rock on The Range just released their lineup for Sonic Temple Festival. It will take place in Columbus, Ohio, from May 17th – May 19th. This heavy rock-fueled lineup is insanely stacked. If the first two names listed don’t get you jacked up, then Sonic Temple Fest is not for you. Foo Fighters are billed first, and rightfully so. What Dave Grohl has accomplished with them and as a musician as a whole is nothing short of spectacular.
As much as I love Foo Fighters, my all time favorite metal band, System of a Down, will be there. I dream and hope that they play their album Toxicity in its entirety. I will rage until my body shuts down from an overdose of pure nirvana. There’s much more for Sonic Temple than just its headliners; it comes equipped with headbangers united approved undercard.
Sonic Temple Brings Metal and Rock to Columbus
Tom Morello, Killswitch Engage, The Struts, Meshuggah, Pussy Riot, Lamb of God and Beartooth will all be there ready to blow the walls off Mapfre Stadium. They are offering up RV camping spots and passes that will go on sale at the same time that tickets do. Tickets for Sonic Temple go on sale this Friday, November 30th, at noon. Three-day passes start at $99.50 and will go up as different tiers sell out. The full lineup is below!
