Are You Ready for 1,000,000 Watts of Bass? – Lost Lands
Lost Lands is a festival created by legendary musician Excision. It was voted the #1 EDM festival in the country by fans and has come back with a vengeance for its second year. In less than two months, some of the biggest names in EDM will make their way to Legend Valley in Thornville, OH, from September 14th – September 16th. Some new features for 2018 include:
• 1,000,000 WATTS OF BASS (as compared to the insane 750,000 they had in 2017)
• 2 FULL-SIZE MAIN STAGES
• LATE-NIGHT SOUND CAMPS
• 3X MORE GIANT F#%KING DINOSAURS
• EXPANDED CAMPING PLOTS
Why should you be excited? Just to put it into perspective, your average rock concert has around a 200,000-watt sound system. A high-end, insane rock concert has 400,000 watts. This is a million. One million watts of bass. I know I’ve mentioned this a few times, but come on, that’s absolutely insane. Headbangers rejoice and get ready to be blasted into another dimension.
The lineup is just out of control. Obviously everyone should be excited for Excision, but toss in Zomboy, Flux Pavillion, Midnight Tyrannosaurus, Ganja White Night, 12th Planet, Boogie T, Dion Timmer, Virtual Riot and Rusko (do not miss this EDM pioneer) and dozens of other bass gods, and we are all in for a special treat.
The stage designs at Lost Lands are absolutely out of control. Volcanos, massive dinosaurs, fire, and lasers are all part of it. With Late Night Sound Stages, the music will really never stop. Dance until you can’t dance anymore, then dance some more. This year will go down in the record books; don’t miss out.
