Find your Zen at MAYfest
Catskill Chill Music Festival and SkyBaby Yoga & Pilates Studio announce their music and programing lineup for MAYfest; a Music, Arts, and Yoga festival planned for May 26-28 at Surprise Lake Camp in Cold Spring, NY. Highlights for this year include Rusted Root, Ozomatli, Dar Williams, DJ Drez, and the return of some all-star instructors such as Elena Brower, Sadie Nardini and Amy Pearce-Hayden. A hallmark of MAYfest programming is the combination of Yoga and Live Music sessions throughout the weekend, including Marti Nikko + DJ Drez, Melia Marzollo + Rusted Root, Ghanian Dance Class + Will Evans and more.
MAYfest is, most simply put, daytime classes, nighttime party, with something for everyone. “MAYfesters” can customize their experience with a weekend pass or single-day visits and create a schedule online from any of the 140 sessions that vary in style, type, and skill level. They offer beginner to advanced yoga, SUP yoga on the lake, dance, art, health workshops, meditation and more. In between class sessions, guests can shop local and hand-crafted goods in Vendor Village and receive holistic services from healers in the Wellness Center. After the sun goes down, the main stage lights up, and the party continues with nationally touring musical acts.
MAYfest is truly a community gathering place for everyone in the family. Tickets and Cabin Rentals are currently available for the entire weekend, and additional options for single class tickets and day passes will be released in the coming weeks (space allowing). Children under 12 are offered a discounted ticket, and children under 5 are free with an adult.
