Oh, you mean Butch Trucks and the Freight Train Band? Absolutely! Time to get on board. And it starts tonight in Stuart FL at Terra Fermata, the first of five shows leading up to the band’s New Year’s Eve show at The Capitol Theatre in Clearwater FL.
2017 will find the train heading up the coast with dates in Georgia, North Carolina, and Virginia. So people, get ready! (But you DO need a ticket to get on board!)
This Freight Train, with Butch at the helm, also features keyboard phenom Bruce Katz, who has played with Butch, Gregg Allman, Ronnie Earl, Les Brers and many others. Heather Gillis and Chris Vitarello play guitars, with Matt Walker on bass and percussionist Garrett Dawson.
