Jimmy Jams’ Jukebox: The Sunday Funday Finale at Hometeam New Year’s Rally
You will be richly rewarded if you are able to hang out Sunday (January 3rd) on the final day of Home Team New Year’s Rally. The last set (5:00 – 6:30) is Jimmy Jams’ Jukebox: The Sunday Funday Finale.
Jimmy Jams describes it thusly:
I have invited up all the bands that have helped me get known in this scene. We have some Come Back Alice double drum action like the Allman Bros. We’ve got some supergroup funk with Holey Miss Moley. Got some jams with the Ajeva guys and some of the CopE guys. The Rev. Funky D is sitting in on the whole set (his set at the Great Outdoors Jam was the one I covered for him when he couldn’t make it), and then we have some special guests. Jenelle Bean (our host for the weekend), who was so good at GOJ, will join us. I’m excited to announced that Heather Gillis, the young guitar star who just finished a string of dates with Butch Trucks, will also join, and there will be even more guests.
