Houndmouth Announces Second Leg of Fall Tour
Gritty stories of American reality and traveling are some of the folk themes that you will hear listening to Houndmouth. This quartet of blues, roots, and rock n’ roll is from New Albany, Indiana, which is just on the other side of the river from Louisville, Kentucky. All members play a role singing vocals along with playing lead guitar, bass, drums, and keys. Three young, fun guys and a mesmerizing female make up the energetic group comprised of Matt Myers, Zak Appleby, Shane Cody and Katie Toupin.
They were signed to Rough Trade Records after performing at SXSW in 2012 and just released their new album this year, Little Neon Limelight, which follows up their debut album from 2013, From The Hills Below The City. After hitting the festival circuit hard this summer, the band continues on the road with an extensive fall tour. The demand was so high for more shows, the band added seventeen new dates to the already massive Little Neon Limelight tour. Tickets are available through Live Nation.
